On Friday April 5, we will host a PBMS trivia night at the Elk's Lodge. The format will be a team of 8 at a table. The questions will be put on the screen and you will have 30 seconds to answer. At the end of the round, you will have an additional 2 minutes to go back and answer any you might have missed along the way. We will do 10 rounds and calculate who the winning team is based on their accumulated points.

We need you to sign up on this sheet so we have an idea of how many we will have. I have done line one as an example of how to sign up. Everyone on your team will sign up in a different line, but with the same team name. That way I can sort them by team. Spouses are invited to play!

People who participate will earn bonus chips towards our end of the year party!

This year's end of the year get together will be a little different. We are going to host a casino night for staff. We will still recognize those individuals who are retiring or leaving us, but we are also going to liven things up with some fun games and activities. Everyone will be given chips the evening of the event, but there will be some opportunities to earn extra chips from now until May 10. One way to earn extra chips is by participating in our Trivia Night on April 5.
