Many of you know that I follow a guy on Twitter named Joe Sanfelippo. Joe is a superintendent in Wisconsin. He does lots of speaking engagements. He is a great leader. He is my spirit animal!
Joe posts a video series on youtube called One Minute Walk to Work. In the minute or so it takes him to walk from his house to school, he records a video jam packed with leadership nuggets that are both insightful and useful. In his last video, he talked about an activity called My Three. What three things would have to happen throughout the course of the day to make the day successful for you? It seems simple, but it helps provide some focus on the things that you value. Taking care of each other means that I value what you value and I help you get there. It's a good message and one that I need to hear frequently:)
So, what three things would have to happen throughout the course of the day to make the day successful for you?
Send me a note with your three things.
