Tomorrow begins our professional development series on Cornhole. Today, I took all the participant names and put them in a hat. We drew teams of two for the tournament. You will find out who your partner is on the day you play.

Games will be played to 21 points or 15 minutes, whichever comes first. Winning teams will get to play again. Losing teams are out. Here are the rules. Tournament starts at 2:55.

What do you get for the staff who has everything? That is the question:) To purchase individual gifts for everyone would be pricey. Something too small would be meaningless and seem like an afterthought. You all are a tough crowd. Not to mention that I'm not entirely sure you are all on the nice list:)

So, this year, we have two things for you. The first is a group gift and will be placed in each workroom.

The second gift is more of an individual and really doesn't cost anything. This Wednesday will not be a PLC day. You are not required to have your team meeting so that you can get some of the other things done that you need to do. Hopefully, by getting some things done now, you won't have to work as much over Christmas Break and you can truly take some time off from school.

I find myself stuck in the office a lot which means I don't get to be as visible as I would like. Even though you may not see me out and about, please know that I know you are working hard and doing your best work for our students. I want you to all know that I appreciate you and hope you have a great break. Please take some time for yourselves to rest and recharge.
