I've been making the rounds and doing observations. I haven't been in every room, but I am getting there. With every observation, I use the "DESE General Observation Feedback Form" in TalentEd. When filling this form out, some of the things I am looking for are the level of engagement and the depth of knowledge level. These aren't easy things to measure because they are so subjective, but I have a reference sheet from DESE that I have started using to help me. It can be found here.

Also on the "DESE General Observation Feedback Form" are some places to upload files or artifacts that will help me to see that you are meeting your growth plan. Now, once I do an observation and save the form, it can't be opened again, but I can do the "form sharing" option if you have something you want to add. Just let me know and I will open up a "DESE General Observation Feedback Form" and form share it with you so you can submit an artifact. (There may be a better way, I just don't know about it.)

A video from Principal Jerry Brooks for those of you struggling with differentiation. He manages to put it into real life terms so everyone can understand
